Bias-modulation tremolo is one of the most fascinating elements of the great valve amplifier tradition.

It is also one of the circuits where experience with vintage amplifiers can make a real difference.

In the VibroTweed Deluxe, the original circuit has been developed around a MOSFET-based solution, designed to address some of the typical limitations of vintage tremolo circuits: unwanted noise, unreliable triggering and stability issues that can compromise long-term reliability.

The result is tremolo that retains the character of bias modulation, while taking a more modern approach to its design.

Every VibroTweed Deluxe is built in the Artesound workshop in the Italian Dolomites.

The amplifier is handwired, using eyelet board construction.

Every component, every connection and every design decision is part of a process personally overseen by the builder.
